What's the difference between Starter, Growth, and Scale?
Starter is built for solo founders validating outbound — it caps you at 200 researched prospects per month, one ICP, and one active sequence. Growth unlocks 1,000 prospects, five ICPs, and five active sequences, plus custom 7-step follow-ups, prospect scoring, and warm-lead routing. Scale removes the caps entirely and adds a multi-seat workspace, branded sequences with custom domains, priority reply handling with SLAs, and a dedicated success manager for agencies and outbound teams running at volume.
How long is the free trial?
Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You get full access to your tier's features during those three days — no feature gating, no credit card required up front. We don't charge anything until day 4, and we'll send you a reminder email before the first billing event so there are no surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — there are no contracts and cancellation is one click from your account settings. Your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you'll stop being charged from the next cycle. If you cancel during the 3-day trial, you never get billed at all.
How does billing work?
After your trial ends, billing moves to a monthly cadence charged through Stripe — you'll see a single recurring charge on the same day each month aligned with your signup date. Checkout is Stripe-hosted, so your card details never touch our infrastructure, and we offer a same-day refund window if you change your mind on day one of a paid month.
What integrations are supported?
LinkedIn research is powered by Browserbase on a Tier 1 (browse-only) configuration, so we can pull public profiles without ever logging in or posting on your behalf. Email discovery and verification run through Hunter.io, and checkout is handled by Stripe connect via the Polsia billing layer. These are wired into the outbound engine server-side and aren't user-configurable today — you don't need API keys or setup to use them.
